8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the courier tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with family members, neighbours, building security, or others who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

9. Damaged Packages or Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the packaging
A brief description of the damage

The issue will be reviewed in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

10. Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or due to another customer-related issue, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.

Any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address details or customer-related delivery issues may be the customer's responsibility.
